We stand out from other event companies because we produce everything under one roof. Our team of production managers are some of the best in the industry, experienced in producing some of the most prestigious shows across the globe.


We offer complete event design, producing 3D renders, artwork and floor plans. Our designers use a combination of Vectorworks, SketchUp and freehand drawings to create conceptual artistic illustrations of your event.


We offer content design and development, producing title and motion graphics, Keynote, PowerPoint, video production, editing, live visuals and stage graphics.

How we do it

Our event methodology is what separates us from the rest.

From the first point of contact, we assign a dedicated Project Manager who works carefully alongside our clients throughout the entire planning process. 

Rendering, technical design and conceptual drawings are at the centre of what we do. These processes are integral to ensuring that we carefully realise the vision of our clients, allowing us to deliver efficiently on-site.  

Our operations team have developed and implemented a range of systems and procedures, to ensure that our technical inventory is subjected to rigorous testing and preparation procedures - which means that our kit always arrives in perfect condition.

We have a fully trained and experienced team of event technicians in-house, who manage our projects. They understand our equipment and the high expectations of delivery that separates Maestra Group from its competitors. 

We are an international company that has access to an extremely varied inventory of equipment and event crew, meaning that we can deliver projects of any scale, in any location.

Our London office and warehouse is conveniently situated 9 miles from the centre enabling easy access for meetings, site visits and the events themselves, making us one of the most centrally located event companies in the capital.


Our Design & Management office is based in Dubai Design District, placing us at the centre of Dubai's new creative hub. Our Operations are based from our brand-new custom designed warehouse facility in Dubai Investment Park.
